THE PREMIUM DESTINATION
Solivaria is the latest project in Slovakia from the award* winning developer, ConvergenCE, backed by the financial strength of the Europa Fund II. The team is further supported by Aukett Fitzroy Robinson as architects, EC Harris as cost consultants and technical advisors and CB Richard Ellis as letting agents.
The excellent location right next to the Prešov rail and bus stations is already established by Tesco, Bau Max and Nay Electronics. The existing industrial chimney, the highest existing structure in Prešov at 105 m, will be integrated into the shopping and entertainment center with the addition of a signature „UFO” restaurant. With the 500 sqm skating rink, this will establish Solivaria as the pre-eminent new shopping destination in Prešov.

The architects brief was not to create a second generation shopping center. It was to create a modern, contemporary architecture built with long lasting investment value in mind. The choice of materials, finishes and mechanical and electrical services reflect this objective. The potential of phase II of the project will allow for the expansion of the Phase I tenants as well as for new cross border retailers in future. Solivaria will undoubtedly become THE shopping and leisure destination in Prešov amongst the 14 – 40 age group in the region.
